MUSQUODOBOIT HARBOUR BUSINESS RECEIVES INVESTMENT TO HELP SCALE UP

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chrystia Freeland toured Mackenzie Atlantic in Musquodoboit Harbour with MP Sean Fraser before making a funding announcement for the steel and aluminum industry. The investment will help Mackenzie Atlantic purchase new automated manufacturing equipment. The automated machining helps reduce waste, make better use of skilled labour, improve the quality of production, and provides good jobs for Canadians. The Steel and Aluminum Initiative, announced in March 2019, will help steel and aluminum manufacturing companies to grow and modernize with new automated technologies.
